testing the technique

from this design, I need to find a technique that will produce the desired shape - the method of attaching the sleeves into the dress at the cuff seam. This involves a new type of pattern cutting which i will explore; I will then construct the dress in half scale to test out the technique, and how successful it is.




















The pattern cutting process; drawing a oval shape around the shape of the bodice, then adding circles fo the armholes and cuff holes.
